It is stated that 'Britain will sign the agreement of disinterestedness in I tho Bagdad Railway for Bagdad. •Meanwhile the French settlement with Germany is progressing, giving the latter liberty of action in connection with the railway in return for certain railway concessions on the Syria shores of the Black Sea.
