[These state: "In the Bulgarian villages we massacre all that fall into our hands. Indescribable scenes are occurring. We thrust out the eyes oi five living Bulgarians. I was ordered to conduct 16 prisoners to headquarters. Two arrived, but we massacred the others." THE FRONTIER QUESTION. • Constantinople, August 28. Tho Government will shortly submit to the Powers Bulgaria's definite proposals on the frontier question.
