MINISTER SAYS IT IS NEARING COMPLETION. [Per Press Association. 1 Wellington, August 20. The railway to Egmont quarry; Mr Fraser stated to-day, is approaching completion, but tho best method ot working the railway and quarry is still under consideration. Information on the subject is expected any day from America.
