Major Dimdas White (Unionist) moved to report progress on the Revenue Bill in order to elicit the Government’s intentions regarding the agricultural land valuation clause. Mr Llod George accepted the motion so as to give members time for reflection, and declared that if it ueie treated as contentious, it would be impossible to pass the Bill.
