The Roumanian and Bulgarian delegates have practically agreed to the Turtukai-Dcbritch-Batchik frontier. Greece, Montenegro, and Servia propose a frontier nearer Struma than the Vardar Valley. The Bulgarians insist that Ishtib and the Egripalanka districts bo included in their frontier.
Probably Lake Doiran will form th< meeting-place of the new Bulgar, Serb and Greek territories. (Received 9.30 a.m.) Bucharest, August 3. The Bulgarian proposals claim Kratevo, Kochana, Radoviska, Strumnit;',a, and Kavala, and refuse compen sution for private losses. Both Greece and Servia offered a modification of the frontier, but it did not extend to Bulgaria’s de maud. NEW RULER FOR BULGARIA. Berlin, August 2. The Koepnische Zeitung statethat a change in tlie rider of Bulgaria is a certainty. Numerous Pretenders are forthcoming, but will not take action until after peace and disarmament. The Powers are aware of tin intrigues, and are desirous that Bulgaria will not bo- weakened as the result of the peace negotiations. SERBO-GRECIAN DEMANDS. (Received 9.20 a.m.) Vienna, August 3. It is considered in diplomatic circles that the Serbo-Gredan demands are excessive. There is little hope of agreement unless they are modified. B ULGA RIANS ANN IHILATRD. Vienna, August 3. The Bulgarians sent 5000 infantry. 500 cavalry, and three batteries tr cut off 1000 Greeks at Mhbomia. A Greek soldier compulsorily serving with the Bulgarians managed to advise the Greeks who despatched reinforcements to Mahomia and caught the Bulgarians between two fires, practically annihilating them.
