Archbishop Kelly, preachinji at St. Mary's Cathedral, declared thaYChrist wept over the question of mixed mai - - riages and the public school system of education.
N.S.W. SPEAKER WILLJS. Speaker Willis secured a vote of confidence from his constituents. An antagonistic amendment was overwhelmingly defeated. In the cause of his speech, Mr Willis declared .that if> he continued in his place of responsibility he would make Parliament do things or smash it.
