“A RALLYING GROUND.” [Per Press Association.] Wellington, July 11

A well-attended and representative meeting of delegates of the United Labor Party was held in the Tardcs Hall last night. A motion was carried affirming the advisableness of the United Labor Party maintaining its identity. During the discussion, speakers, advocated the continued existence of the Party us a Tallying ground for the great sane constitutional and nonrevolutionary majority of the workers of New Zealand. A committee was appointed to carry out the purpose of the resolution. Amongst the speakers in favor of the motion were Messrs G. Fowlds and D. McLaren, both of whom seceded from the Unity Congress.
