NAPIER RACES. [Per Press Association.] Greenmeadows, June 26. The weather is line and the attendance good for the second day's racing. Results: — Brooklands Handicap.—Parkhill 1, Kew 2. Axis 3. Won by halt-a head, a length between second and third. Scratched: Great Mogul, Wild Lupin, and Salt Shooter. Time, lmin 18 2-ssec. Waiohiki Hurdles.—Golden Water 1, Waiaio 2, Merrie Valet 3. Scratched: Hatana. Won coming up the straight' by a length and a half, a neck between second and third. Time, 2min oO l-ssec. Winter Oats.—Mummer 1, D'avo.'o 2, Amber and .White 3. Flr-t arc! second horses made a great race up the straight. Won by a head, wicu a length between second and thud. Scratched: Vi. Time, lmin »'t 4-5 sec. Park Steeplechase—Sunray 1, Makiri 2, Wirral 3. Scratched: Leonanter. Sunray took the lead for the last mile and won easily by 100 yards. Tyrannic, Donzel and Bravest fell on the last circuit when they were all in a prominent position. Fifty yards separated second and third. Time, omin 25 l-ssec.
