THE ALBERT DOCK. Gisborne, June 26. Advice has' been received from London that the Port of London authority has accepted a tender for over £400,000 for work at the Albert Dock.

Messrs Andrew Clement and Son, Ltd., London, reporting to the Stratford Dairy Co. under date 16th May, state, inter alia: "Regarding the quality, wo can only repeat what we have before stated, that it is as fine as any butter we have ever handled, and we hope that we may have tho pleasure of securing "Good Luck" and "Three Stars" next season. We believe that it is only a matter of .time when butters of this description must stand out away from other brands and obtain exceptional prices." Tt is understood that the Eastbourne Borough Council has purchased the Duchess and Cobar fryn the Wellington Harbor Ferries, Limited. -P.A.
