HURT IN THE HUNTING FIELD,

[Per Press Association.] Marton, June 23

While hunting on Saturday, Mrs V. G. Riddiford, wife of the Master of the Rangitikei Hunt, met with a nasty accident. Her horse struck a fence, falling on its rider, who received a broken collar-bone and dislocated thumb. It is feared that ijer ribs are also broken, Mrs Riddiford was severely shaken.
