The Bishop of London headed 150, 000 London churchmen in a demonstration at Hyde Park in connection with Welsh disestablishment. (Received 10.20 a.m.)

Nine hundred and twenty-two London district parishes were represented at the meeting in Hyde Park, which was preceded by intercession services in the chief churches, in connection with the Welsh disestablishment. The Bishops of Bangor and St. Asaph headed the Welsh delegates. Addresses were delivered from twelve platforms, and it was resolved “That w© will not have our church dismembered, and four of its dioceses dsendowed.”
