With a working majority of one.in the House and more than a substantial minority in the Senate, Mr Cook will have a difficult task to carry on the business of the country. A COOK MINISTRY. (Received 9.25 a.m. Melbourne, June 23. Mr Cook has accepted the invitation to form a ministry. DUAL VOTING. Perth, June 23. It is reported that over 1400 persons voted twice at Fremantle.
