SUPREME COURT.

HAMILTON SESSIONS. Hamilton, June 19

At the Supreme Court, Samuel Brain (24), and William Harry Adams (19) were convicted of horse stealing at Cambridge. Brain was sentenced to 12 months hard, and Adams to a year’s reformative treatment. Wm. Lancaster (60) secured a divorce from Ada Lancaster (30) on grounds of adultery. The jury awarded £250 against the co-respondent (A. J. Symons).
