Last Saturday I, held my usual weekly sale. Only a moderate entry of birds came to hand, due probably to weather conditions. I quote as follows -Hens Is to 2s Id, roosters Is 5d to 2s 6d, drakes Is 6d to 2s, potatoes 4s 6d to 12s 6d, onions 2s 6d, furniture and sundries at usual rates.
