In the case, Marie Corelli versus George Gray, arising out of an infringement of the rights of Miss Corrclli’s “Temporal Power,” a verdict was returned in favour of the plaintiff. An inquiry was ordered to be. made into Gray’s profits in order to assess the damages. A stay of proceedings Was granted, pending an appeal.
