Marconi, cross-examined, declared that neither Samuel nor Rufus Isaacs had aj thing to do with Godfrey Isaacs’ appointment. Rufus was not Attorney-General at the time of the appointment. Witness denied that Godfrey Isaacs manipulated a share.
