AUCKLAND SESSIONS. [Per Press Association.] Auckland, May 23. In the re-hearing of the divorc. case Craig v. Craig and Henry Hargreaves, co-respondent, which was not defended, it -was agreed that it was unnecessary to repeat the evidence. Mr Justice Edwards said no doubt petitioner was given to drunken habit; but that was no reason for refusing a decree. Costs were granted oi the highest scale against the co-re-soondent.
