A QUESTION OF COSTUME. [Per Press Association.] Dannevirke, May 23. A senior cadet who appeared befbrt the Magistrate for "failing to attenc. drills wearing the prescribed uniform and equipm'ent, complained that lu had been served with an! unsuitable uniform, and objected to being com polled to wear 1 short trousers.
