PEACE NEGOTIATIONS. SERVIA AND THE ALLIES. ( By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] London, May 22. The Servian delegate, in handing the modifications to Sir E. Grey, intimated that they would sign the preliminaries if the modifications were accepted. The Allies ask that their delegates to the financial conference in Paris shall bo granted a similar status as the Powers’ representatives. The Servian request for a guarantee of a.rcess to the Adriatic will be impres el if Sir E. Grey’s assurance is coni/ rued by the other Powers.
