Mr Watts (Premier of Victoria), and Mr Holman (Attorney-General of New South Wales), have discussed the question of the consolidation of the London Emigration Departments, and have arrived at an arrangement which, if adopted, will eliminate competition, secure a more effective supervision, better shipping arrangements, greater economy, and will pave the way for the assumption by the Federal Government of the control of unmigration
