The Dailiy Chronicle’s Vienna correspondent says that the relations butween Bulgaria and Servia are increasingly strained. The disputed territory comprises 25,000 square miles. Montenegro demands an extension northwards and eastwards, including Plevel, Plava ad Ipek. Vienna, April 16. • The None Freie Presse states that Bulgaria believes that Servia and Greece are wilfully delaying peace in order to concentrate their armies near Salonika. Takoff, an ex-Minister, after » tour of Macedonia, presented an interpelletum ■to the Sobranje, charging the Greeks and Servians with oppressing the Bulgarians. SERVIAN TROOPS TO BE WITHDRAWN FROM SCUTARI. Cettinje, April 16. The Servian Commander was to-day instructed to immediately withdraw the troops from Scutari.
