AUSTRALASIAN TOURNAMENT. Gore, April 2. The Australasian draughts championship was concluded late this af-| ternoon. The first game resulted in a win for Gardiner (Gore), and the second was drawn by Gardiner, who wins the title of champion, a silver cup to be held for one year, presented by the Wellington Working Men’s Club, and a cash prize of £2l. Hilliker won the second prize, £l3, and Calderwood tho third.
