“VICTIMS OF INTRIGUES.” [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] ' [United Press Association.] St. Petersburg, April 2. Lieutenant Perlovski committed suicide at Warsaw, by stopping his aeroplane when at a height of 600 feet. He left a letter stating Unit he was the victim of intrigues.
