Wellington, March 1. The following have been appointed assistants to Mr Royd Garlick, director of physical training in primary schools: Just and Moore, formerly connected with the Junior Cadets;! Petty officer Johnson, of H.M.S. Cambrian; Davis, of Auckland; and Miss Heritage, of the technical school, Christchurch. For the present, the work of instructors will he confined to four training colleges, and to holding classes for instruction, and for such teachers who can be brought together in the four centres.
