SUPREME COURT.
AT NEW PLYMOUTH. (Per Press Association.) New Plymouth, March 4. At the Supreme Court Judge Denniston congratulated the district on the lightness of the calendar, there being throe cases. The Grand Jury returned true bills against J. A. Tuthill, formerly hotel licensee, on four charges of fraudulently with reference to his bankruptcy and contracting debts without reasonable expectation of being able to pay; against E. W. Stockman, breaking, entering and theft; and against Frank Whyte, two counts of failure to account and theft.
