A Bulgarian aeroplane, piloted by a Russian lieutenant, fell into Adrianople, and the aviator was imprisoned. A BALLOON EXPLODES. Berlin, February 23. A military balloon landing near Metz exploded, but three officers who were aboard were unhurt.
