Atkinson won in fine style by about 26 yards from Neal. Time, 3min 6sec. Atkinson beating his own world’s record by five and two-fifth seconds. 880yds Championship. Champion finished well, and won by about nine yards, with Seymour some fifteen yard® away third. Time, 12min 15sec., beating the record by 2 l-ssec. 12min 23 l-ssec was Welson’s time, while Seymour covered the journey in 12min j 30 4-osec, The finishers all beat the; standard time.
