WELSH DISESTABLISHMENT BILL (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) London, February 5. a Mr Bonar Law and Mr McKenna wound up the debate on the Welsh Disestablishment Bill. Mr Lyttelton’s motion to reject it was defeated by 342 votes to 240, and the Bill was read a third time.
