M. Manic, the French airman, who successfully negotiated the Channel on Sunday last, started from Hendon this morning on his return to trance.

When over London he became confused by the thick atmosphere, and lost his way. After having circled over the city several times, M. Manio fluked his bearings and got back to Hendon.
