The Home Rule Bill was further considered. Clause 10, re money Bills, was closured, 21 amendments being guillotined. Clause 11, providing for four joint sittings in the event of disagreement, was carried after an amendment was accepted to coniine the operation to public Bills. London, November G.
There will be three thousand delegates at the conference of Unionist and Liberal-Unionist organisations in London next.week. Twenty-two great political meetings have been arranged. (Received 10.10 a.m.) London, November 6. .
Mr Churchill, in reply to' a question, informed Lord Befesford, Com-mander-in-Chief, that a report detailing The results of a searching inquiry into the allegations concerning the Torch could be expected .shortly. The Hon. Mr Acland stated that China had resumed negotiations with the six Power group.
