(Per Press Association.) James Hall, at Mount Stewart, on a motor cycle, ran into a motor car and was severely injured. He was removed to the Palmerston Hospital. The Parliamentary Committee inquired further into the Mokau case yesterday. The petitioner, Joshua Jones, said that the Government could take the property over, and arrange with him as to compensation. Mr Statlntm interjected that they could not get the property now for £15,000. Jones said that' he told the Government in 1910 that the property could be bought for £15,000. This concluded the examination of Jones. The proceedings have been adjourned.
