HOME RULE.
London, October 8. Mr. Asquith, on Thursday, will propose that twenty-five days lie allotted to the Committee on Home Rule, live days to report, and two days for the third reading, the chairman to have power to select amendments. Stringent precautions will be taken against opposition and disputatory motions. The Government expects the session to end on February 28.
