HEALTH AND FITNESS.
Dr. Truby King ie to lecture tonight in the Town Hall, Stratford, en "Health and Fitness," with special reference to the welfare of women and children. Dr. King has made a special study of this branch of his professional work, and is considered one of the best authorities in New Zealand. Owing to tho Town Hall being engaged on Thursday, tine Icetoy© takes place to-night, the only other date which will fit in with i>:'. King's engagements. This is the reason for the somewhat short notice. The lecture, we are asked to .specially emphasise, is for both men and women, and admission will be free. The chair will 1)0 occupied by His Woi - ship the Mayor, of W. P. Kirkwood.
