EVIDENCE GIVEN BY THE MAN ON THE LOOK-OUT. TOLD ITO WATCH FOR ICE. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) London, May 4. At the Titanic inquiry Jewell, the look-out, testified that he received a telephonic message from the bridge at 0.30 on Sunday night, instructing him to keep a sharp watch for ice. He repeated the order to the relieving watch. Scarrott, a seaman, stated that it was difficult for the third-class passengers to reach the boat-deck. Two ladders were the only means of approach.
