QUEENSLAND ELECTIONS.
ONE OF THE BRISBANE SEATS WON BY LABOUR. EFFECT OF THE STRIKE. (Received 4, 9.10 a.m.) Brisbane, May 4. Kinvan, Labour, won the Brisbane seat, with a majority of 36. _ The counting of other doubtful seats is incomplete. The defeated labour canddate in the Logan- electorate admitted that; the strike had done the cause a lot of harm.
