INDICTMENT OF QUEENSLAND ' PARENTS. IGNORANT~CHI LDREN. (Received 4, 9.5 a.m.) Brisbane, May 4. Giving evidence before the I duration Commission an itinerant teacher stated thot he foudd 35 per cent, oi parents visited unable to read or write. Some children were without any education whatever.
