PORTE DECIDES TO REOPEN THE DARDENELLES. MAY BE RE-CLOSED. Constantinople, May 2. Tlie Porte has decided to reopen the Dardenelles, reserving the right to reclose them if necessary. TUGBOAT BLOWN UP. (Rceivcd 3, 8.5 a.m.) London,' May 2. A tugboat in the Dardenelles, inspecting buoys, fouled a mine and four officers, twelve soldiers and the crew wore drowned.
