TRIPOLI DEMONSTRATES THE USE OF AEROPLANES. GREAT BRITAIN GETS BUSY. London, April 13. Tho War Office, in a memorandum, states that the mar in Tripoli has proved tho value of aeroplanes in actual'warfare. The Government is impressed with the condition of aviation in Great Britain, compared with .the progress of other nations, and pro’■poses to establish a Royal Flying Corps, in addition to an aviation school on Salisbury Plain.
