THE KAISER ON TOUR.
VISIT OF A MOST PRIVATE NATURE. INTERVIEWS AUSTRIAN MINISTER. (Received 25, 8.40 a.m.) Vienna, March 24. The Kaiser’s visit is of a most private nature. In order to spare Emperor Josef unnecessary fatigue the Kaiser gave an hour’s audience to the Austrian Foreign Minister.
