The sitting of the Supreme Court concluded here on Saturday, when Judge Edwards non-suited plaintiff in the case in which a farm labourer named Evan Jones claimed £551 arrears of wages from a Featherston farmer named John Ricknell, for work done over a period of nineteen years. His Honor did not allow costs, a.s he expressed the opinion that the case was one which should be.dealt with by a jury.
