TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND IN THE COMMONWEALTH. A BIG DECREASE. (Received 4, 9.30 a.m.) Alelbourne, January 4. A return shows that the Commonwealth’s population includes 52,3 fS non-Europeans, of whom 25,772 are Chinese, a decrease of 7393 Chinese since 1901.
