WORKERS' COTTAGES TO BE BUILT IN BRICK. RELIEVING CONGESTION. (Received 4, 9.30 a.m.) Sydney, January 4. Air. Dacey has changed the project of creating a suburb or wooden Stateowned cottages at Kensington to brick. The Lord Mayor lias outlined a big scheme for further improving and beautifying the city, overcoming the traffic congestion. The Railway Commissioners are also carrying out extensive plans for overcoming the suburban passenger congestion.
