LIBERIA AND ALLIES

(Rec. 7 p.m.) MONROVIA, Oct. 30. It is revealed that American troops have been in Liberia for three months. The Liberian National Legislature issued special emergency measures, which will continue for the duration and six months afterwards, under which Liberia will be able to cooperate with America’s war plans.
