SOLDIERS HONOURED

TUATAPERE.— Residents of Tuatapere met in the boxing gymnasium at a social function in honour of Trooper N. Bennett, Private C. Knowler and Private F. Ward Mr H. McDonald, chairman, extended good wishes to the guests and presented each with a money belt. Mr A. P. McDonald spoke on behalf of the citizens, and Mr McFadgen assured the guests that they would always be remembered in the prayers of those at home. Mr W. Harrison expressed good wishes on behalf of the R.S.A.
