INDIAN MUNITIONS
Record Output In August (Rec. 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, Oct, 11. India’s August munitions output was a record, says, the New Delhi correspondent of The Times. It included 17 new categories of shells, bombs and explosives and a record amount of special alloy steel. The figures were achieved despite the Congress Party disturbances and the fact that the steel works were dislocated by strikes.
