DAIRY FACTORY MEETING

TUSSOCK CREEK.—There was a good attendance at the annual meeting of the Tussock Creek Dairy Factory Company Ltd., Mr J. Mclntyre being chairman. It was reported that the output of the factory had been 74 tons, the highest for some years. A bonus of I'/id per lb butterfat, amounting to £340, was distributed at the meeting. The retiring directors, Messrs Norman McIntyre, J. B. Smith and J. Lightfoot, were re-elected. At a meeting of directors, Mr J. Mclntyre was re-elected chairman. The Dairy Farmers’ Union was discussed, but it was decided that the company would take no action and that affiliation be left to individual suppliers.
