NAVAL PROGRAMMES
ITALY’S CONDITIONAL OFFER.

(Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rome, June 3. In a speech in the Senate Signor Grandi, surveying the paval position, said that Italy was prepared to suspend her naval programme provided France suspended her 1930 .programme.
