SOUTHLAND v. OTAGO.

MATCH ON KING’S BIRTHDAY.

To-morrow the Southland representative Soccer team will meet Otago on the Showgrounds. On the Saturday before last the Possibles played the Probables and on Saturday a practice was held. The following team has been announced Mr T. Penman to represent Southland: ; Greenfield (Central); Maxwell (Rangers), Anderson (Central); Batchelor (Rangers), Wylie (Central), McMurdo (Corinthians) captain; Rigby (Rangers), Paul (Rangers), J. Morrison (Corinthians) Bishop (Central), D. Morrison (Corinthians). Emergencies: Cathcart, Saunders. The team will wear maroon jerseys with blue cuffs.
