TOUCH OF RHEUMATISM.

Rugby, May 29,

A message from Buckingham Palace today stated that satisfactory improvement continues in the rheumatism from which the King has been suffering during the last few days. This morning his Majesty received Lord Balfour, who delivered to him the insignia of the Garter of the late Earl 6f Balfour.

The Queen on her visit to-day to the Royal Military Tournament was accompanied by the Duke of Gloucester, Prince George and Princess Elizabeth.
