John Crowe was sentenced to 11 hard labour and his license was suspended for three years for being intoxicated while in charge of a car. . x The police stated that while in Tinwald, the defendant’s car came in contact with a perambulator containing a child, which was slightly injured, and the following day the car was found badly smashed on the road at Lismore, defendant being intoxicated with liquor in the car.
